Shipping Availability

Pro Groomer Supply currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the U.S. will not be accepted.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and accepted.

Many products sold by Pro Groomer Supply are fulfilled directly by manufacturers or authorized partners. As a result, processing and fulfillment times may vary by product.

Order processing times do not include transit time.

Shipping Methods

Freight Shipments (Tables, Tubs, Stations, Large Equipment)

For freight shipments:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • A delivery appointment may be required
  • Someone may need to be available to receive and inspect the shipment
  • Delivery is typically curbside unless otherwise specified

For freight items:

  • Shipping costs may vary based on destination, carrier, and delivery requirements

Delivery Estimates

Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@progroomersupply.com and providing:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report shipping issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Pro Groomer Supply is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost shipments due to address errors
  • Additional fees incurred from address corrections or re-delivery attempts
